The inspiration for olive-the beauty lounge started after longtime friends and former coworkers Carrie Johnson and Amy and Kyle Preston met at a Wella convention in Houston. Realizing they were at similar points in their careers and were ready to make a change, they decided to become partners and business owners.

Through a creative relationship of combined goals and talent, the three are working to establish a salon that is the pinnacle of style and class.

With the skills, talents and determination of all three, the salon will be a huge success.
